1-on-1 Training
IT'S JUST YOU, YOUR COACH AND YOUR GOALS

One on one sessions offered in 40 or 60 minute packages

Initial consultation, movement & fitness assessment and measurements

Customized program designed specifically for your body, goals and schedule

Meet with your coach 1-3 times per week and complete the remainder of your programmed workouts at the gym during your own time

Constant progressions and adjustments based on recurring assessments and progress
All personal training packages include 24/7 access to the gym to complete your programmed workouts.

5, 10 and 20 session packages - must be used at a rate of at least 1/week

2x and 3x per week monthly packages also available

Small Group Training
TRAIN HARDER WITH OTHERS

60 minute sessions in groups of 2-4 individuals

Program based off collective goals and needs of the group
