STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our most popular class.

  • Small group training typically 5-10 people classes.

  • 60 min classes including a warm up, strength or skill piece and conditioning.

  • Smart structured program with consistent variation.

Our classic, all-level class with a goal to develop every element of fitness - from balance and agility to strength and endurance.

INTRO TO POWERLIFTING

Improve your strength with powerlifting.

  • 10-Week Sessions 

  • Small group training typically 4-8 people classes.

  • 60 min classes including a warm up and strength work.

  • Smart structured program with consistent variation.

Our strength-specific class focused on improving your bench, deadlift and back-squat.

OH BABY!

Mom & Baby Bootcamp.

  • Small group training typically 4-6 mammas.

  • 45 min classes including a warm up, strength & core work and conditioning. 

  • Mamma's are required to be cleared for physical activity by their physician. 

Oh Baby! allows Mom to get in a great workout and attend to her babies needs at any time. Connect with other Moms in the community while providing a great example for your little one.

SWEAT

Cardio based training.

  • 30 min classes including warm-up and 20 minutes of high intensity training.

  • Constantly varied classes utilizing various equipment and methods.

Our cardio based class aimed at improving endurance and aerobic conditioning. 

SWEAT & STRETCH

Everything your body needs. 

  • 60 min classes including a warm up, strength-endurance & conditioning piece and 30 minutes of yoga.

Yoga and our sweat class combined to give you exactly what your body needs. Sweat it out with some high-intensity endurance and interval training, then slow things down with a relaxing yin yoga practice.

YOGA WITH ANGE

Relax your mind and body. 

  • All levels welcome.
